I take my car here for service, because the prices are good. I've purchased 3 cars and sold cars through Carmax..... I'm never disappointed with the sales team; they've always been honest and friendly. Leslie (sales woman from this location) is super sweet, patient and just an all-around awesome person. These guys are commons thieves. They quoted me a price for my daughters car. It had a minor accident 10 years prior. State Farm had paid for the full repair at one of it's recommended shops. We never had a problem with it. I arranged transport home after selling the car to them. They claimed it had been in an accident(no kidding). They then subtracted 40% off of their offer. I had no choice since I was having to go back home out of town. Sounds like the old BAIT And SWITCH! Horrible!!!
Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and fun to talk with. Tristan and Taya are awesome! I got an appraisal only and I am more than satisfied with the number. Thank you CarMax. I shall return.
