Bought a vehicle from this location 2 months ago today. I am in disbelief with the treatment I received. Worst car buying experience i I've ever had. Horrible customer service. The sales management is terrible and the service department management needs work. One of the mangers Tammy made me and my family uncomfortable. Absolutely HORRIBLE... Screwed up my paperwork 3 separate times forcing me to drive an hour out of my way back to the dealership a week later to redo it completely. It’s been a month and still have not received my copies of the paperwork nor has my old car loan (my trade in) been paid off, which is still considered an open loan in my name and now rendered payment past due affecting my credit.
