Great experience!! From beginning to end.
I had the most phenomenal salesman, Joe Zampano, who told me everything I needed before I got there, so that way it as a simple and smooth process. He informed me of all my options for financing and made the whole experience a complete joy instead of a pain. I highly recommend this place and my salesman. Still in disbelief that yesterday 5/8 I walked into CarMax at 10am and walked out at 11am with a new car. It only took David Escobar 1 hour to show me the car I wanted and do all of the paperwork. This guy deserves a bonus. I have never in my life heard of anyone buying a car in 1 hour. We will definitely be purchasing other vehicles from the CarMax in Boynton Beach.
I have bought 4 Cars and now a Ford 250 Lariat. The Sales men and Women are always so nice and informative. I Love that if you don't like the Car you can bring it back in 3 days. I always find the cars to be clean and I look for lower miles. I'm not a mechanic so I bring the Car to my mechanic to see if anything is wrong. And the Service will fix anything within the 30 day warranty. How can you go wrong ? I found a Great Truck it needs a few minor things done. CarMax will fix it all.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Carmax and especially THIS BOYNTON BEACH LOCATION are CROOKS, liars, manipulators, ELDER ABUSE, made up story after story to try to backpedal from putting up a car for sale that should NEVER have been offered as available.
