I went there to buy a truck and got a salesman who didn't have a clue what to do. The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I thought carmax was above that but I guess not. Don't recommend them, maybe spend money on training and less commercials. Ron
Since you apparently can’t post reviews. I’ll just comment it. 😒 Im sooo angry. This is my second car I’ve bought through you guys. I didn’t have ANY problems the first time. Different location though. 😒 Anyways, when I bought the car 1/2 keys were defective and they were supposed to order a new one and told me it would be a couple days. It ended up being a month and a half. 🙄 I finally got the key and they had me turn in the defective key.
