I got pre-approved in seconds and the process was extremely quick I loved finding my perfect fit with femi he got the monthly laments I wanted and down payment... I referred Carmax on Blanding Avenue to a friend. The car buying experience was good. However there was no owners manual in the car. My friend was told if he purchased one they would reimburse him. He purchased one through Ebay and after 6 months CarMax still refuses to reimburse him.My friend had the invoice, the shipping slip and the delivery notice which proves he purchased the manual.
