I have an offer ending today that wanted to accept a week ago. Unfortunately, Honda financial had the car liened even though I financed it with a diferent bank almost a month ago. I called in earlier to verify if the lien was removed and I could go ahead and accept their offer. I was told over the phone that I was good to show up. I'm currently paying for Carmax extended care on my 2016 Camaro. Recently I started having issues with the power steering. I called their service department three times, no one ever picked up. The last time I called was two weeks ago, I still haven't gotten a call back. Any other place would have at least called back by now, but I'm paying carmax for my warranty. Terrible service.
