Joe Stein was so personable and helpful. It made buying the 2016 Toyota Highlander super fun and easy. Can’t recommend him enough as a salesman at Carmax.
If you want to get a car here make sure you have a trusted mechanic look at it thoroughly before buying it. My review is long but I think worth reading, it used to be a five star review: Kelly and Justin are awesome. If you’re buying you do need to budget an entire day for this because stuff takes time, but carmax is (was at first appearances) excellent. Wait was very long. They are not efficient with time management.
I had such a great experience at CarMax Kearny Mesa! I had to buy a new car after getting in an accident and Lima at CarMax made this such a seamless and easy process. He was so upfront about everything throughout the experience and provided great insight about the different vehicles I was considering. I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted and complete the purchase all within a couple hours. I would highly recommend CarMax Kearny Mesa and working with Lima!
