I've been dealing with Carmax Automotive for more than 7 years. They will only sell you the service that you need for your car and explain what will be done. Their labour rate is quite reasonable compared to dealers and franchise auto repair shops. Carmax will take the time to get the right diagnosis and repair options to deal with your problem(s). Great place to deal with for car repairs.
