I really enjoyed my interaction with Gigi. I haven't yet bought a car, but I'm going to look at one model which I liked in a few days. However, I'm giving this rating because my experience at Carmax was very positive overall, and Gigi was great! 💖
Overall I had a really good experience at CarMax… however the final offer that I received was lower than what was indicated on the online estimate because of structural damage to the vehicle that was discovered during the inspection. I indicated that I had been in 2 accidents during the online assessment, so just wish that it had been clearer that the offer would be adjusted down depending on the type of damage, even if fully repaired.
