I had a great experience at the Carmax located in Fairfield. The website is user friendly which allowed me to complete all necessary actions before going to the store. The staff in the business office was excellent, very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the timeframe it took to inspect the car. Overall, this has been an outstanding experience. It’s not to often you experience great customer service.
I'm a single mom of a toddler who gets sick a lot, work full time and take care of a sick parent. So everyday I have a lot going on. I had completed the online carmax form, received an offer, and scheduled my visit but because of my situation, i had to keep rescheduling. The associate at Carmax even called to check in on me to see if I could make my appointment when I rescheduled it for the 3rd time. After being a customer of CarMax for over 20+ years, I can no longer support them and need to spread the word. Please do not go to CarMax for a vehicle. Reference my Sterling, VA review for a full idea of why. And Do NOT purchase the extended warranty as CarMax Plus or whatever it is now is a variety of 3rd party companies that CarMax wipes clean of their reliability and doesn't tell you it's not them that provides this warranty in the purchasing of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO CARMAX.
