Good experience all around. Quick, efficient, friendly. I cleaned out my car very well before I went to Carmax...but their guy found a few things I missed. A family member fussed that I could have earned 3-4k more selling private, but after that experience, I'll happily sell to Carmax again.
This location is super nice but the staff are either high all the time or just can’t remember how to do their jobs without fumbling like children. Customer service post purchasing a 25k vehicle was almost nonexistent. Super Basic issues require a 2-3 hr wait to just talk with a service tech and another 2-3 hrs while they google the answer and round up the labor for a problem that should have been addressed prior to the sale. shady red flags everywhere. Fast and easy transaction selling my vehicle.
I purchased a 2018 Buick Encore from CarMax less than a year ago, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. About a month after buying the vehicle, I brought it back to CarMax because I felt something might be wrong. At that time, I was told everything looked fine and there were no issues. the male manager is the rudest manager i have ever encountered. he gives attitude to customers looking around and wanting to test drive as well as making snarky remarks. have been in here countless times looking to find a right car for me and have been denied test driving any cars because i’ve test drove “too many times”. i’ve spoken out about this and nothing has changed. this is so outrageous, how am i supposed to find the right fit if i don’t see how the car runs or if there are any problems with it. i will never buy from... read more
