I was very happy with the buying process. I was at the Athens Store. They were helpful and made sure my car was right. I purchased a Tesla Model Y and I had a computer issue with it within my trial period. They called the Tesla Dealer made arrangments to have my car repaired and I never saw a bill. Will buy from them again.

I bought a used 2015 Highlander. There were two minor issues with the body. Carmax gave me a loaner, sent the car out to another shop for the repairs. I was amazed they were so forthcoming.
My daughter purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla Sept. 2025. Three weeks later the check engine light comes on. She tries to get an service appointment at the Athens location but they didn't have any openings so she made an appointment at the Gainesville location. They look at the vehicle, tell her there is nothing wrong and says it's just the gas cap. Within a week the check engine light comes on again.
