I was in and out in 2hrs...my payment was very close to what I thought it would be and the vehicle i purchased was almost in the exact shape I was told it was. After a couple of weeks I noticed 3 of the four rims had damage to them (nothing that affected driving ability only esthetics) but it was noticed outside of the range to have it replaced/repaired. If this could have been known upfront or found in time to be fixed I would have given 5 stars!
Customer service at this location is awful. Imagine a bunch of employees passing you off time and again, wandering lazily around the store, not smiling or greeting you, and generally just being slow, uncoordinated, and under trained. If you can get to Atlanta, do it. I’ve had to return to this store 3 times and will have to come back 2 more times to finalize my sale and trade in. The Athens team was absolutely amazing! Not so satisfied with my car.
