We were immediately greeted with a smile and great customer service from Tamara. Came in to sell my car and had the pleasure of working with Isaac, he was really wonderful start to finish. Effective and honest communication and a kind nature that made you feel comfortable the whole time. The goal of selling my car was accomplished with a great appraisal. Thankful we stopped in today!

BEWARE OF THIS CARMAX! I have had my car for 4 months and it has had nothing but problems since then. This is absolutely unacceptable. This was my first car and what was supposed to be an excited moment quickly turned sour because now it’s in the shop. This company likes to prey on young adults and will screw you over every chance they get! They do not fully inspect the cars as they should because I shouldn’t have this many problems within this time frame!
Our experience was very positive and stressless. We worked with two sales people and we were impressed with their attitude. Their focus was on helping us make a selection and not on the sale. We will return for our next purchase.
