Online experience finding my husbands dream ride was easy. Had it sent to the Athens store and without hesitation they had it picked up after it sat a little too long at another destination in Atlanta. The people worked with my husband and made sure all paperwork was good. Even after finding a small issue a few days after having the car they quickly got him in to fix the problem. Wonderful sales department, wonderful customer service, and highly recommended to purchase a vehicle from this place!!!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience purchasing the Grand Caravan. The staff is friendly and helpful. No pressure sales. Advertisement on website was very clear and accurate. I have recommended others in need of a vehicle consider joining the CarMax team.
