I loved being able to compare brands online & get opinions while narrowing down the type vehicle I wanted. After I decided on a Toyota Rav 4 Carmax really made the process easy with car history reports that let me narrow down my choices from the comfort of home. I really appreciated that their cars have already been through a mechanical check. I used the reservation process to hold my favorite until I could test drive it. No pushy salesmen & a very competitive interest rate from Carmax financing. Why go anywhere else?
This is the 2nd worst Carmax I have been to with Norcross being the worst. I have been here a few times and more and more got turned off by the experience. Half of the people working there seem to have no idea about the cars I am asking about. Some I feel just crawled out of high school with no care or knowledge. I don't know how they end up even getting hired when one did not even know what "top engine cover" was. I ended up buying a car at the Greenville Carmax in South Carolina. Everyone involved was very kind and polite and answered all our questions
As I mentioned to manager "Frank", CarMax is really hiring the right kind of folks. This is the 2nd time I have sold a car there and purchased 1 in Atlanta. A very different experience than going to the Honda dealerships :(
