Bought a car there last August based on the others reviews so thought it be a good place. Well within the first 30 days my transmission was making weird noises so took to them cause there was a 30 day warrenty they told me oh thats a special transmission so its normal to sound like that. Well not even a year later got my transmission looked at the makers dealership and its shot so i call carmax tell my problem and they said they cant do anything for me even though i am financed through them. I went to have my car appraisal. People were very nice. I already purchased my other vehicle weeks ago some where else. They still treated me well, the service was great.
