My overall experience with the car buying process was just okay — I believe it could have been handled more professionally. I remained in consistent contact with the dealership, checking in daily, yet I was never notified when my vehicle actually arrived. I found out only when I went phoned myself. Would be 0 stars but I have to put something to leave a review. We walked in and was greeted. We just wanted to look so when we didn't go fill out their paper work they just pointed the direction of the vehicles. I asked about two different kind of vehicles and was told they were both in the same direction. There actually was only one kind and not the other at all. Not friendly and they do not want business in my opinion.
I got an offer online for my car and was paid the quoted amount. Matt was awesome!
