If I could give it negative stars I would. The store manager James is a big pile of you know what. They had somehow screwed up my paperwork to where I have no extended warranty and now I have a vehicle eight months later that doesn’t even run and it’s a 2015 GMC sierra Denali that I purchased for over $40,000 this company is absolutely awful I would never purchase a vehicle from them again or recommend them to anyone these business practices are crap
If i could give it less than 1 star I would. They did not look at fair market research for any of the comparable Vehicles listed online. They offered me $100 on a trade and listed us is approved for a no-money-down loan. Upon arrival this was not the case and we drove 45 minutes One Direction to get there. Very pleasant people, I didn't exactly get the offer I was looking for but they explained why. I highly recommended this place.. car was appraised within an hour and everyone was super nice and friendly. Appointment was easy to make as well, took two seconds on my phone. Will forever go here when I need it! They have an awesome selection of cars too��
Really like the no pressure atmosphere as you browse the lot. What we liked the most was the no dicker sticker. Stating the price of the car (for every customer) so you don't go back and forth on price is priceless. We can honestly say it's great to not feel like the car salesman is not trying to stick it to you. Yes they make their profit but without all the stress.
Fast and easy. We got our car transferred from a different location. Our sales person was Cindy she stayed on top of the entire process. She was awesome!
Worst experience I ever had . Came to see a car , got approved on a 2014 Kia Sorento , provided all documents that I've been asked .got a call from the location manager that everything is ready and approved and the car has been transferred from the lot in Chicago. The pick up was scheduled for today after the manager called me to come . I arrived to CarMax , filled all the info that was required, did a test drive on the car (!)
