Super friendly staff. Streamlined experience. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, I would totally return to CarMax when our circumstances are a little bit better.
We were very disappointed at having to become involved in this process; it should not have occurred. If the person handling our purchase had cooperated with us instead of doing what she wanted, the loan process would have gone smoothly, and we would have been spared much frustration, multiple trips to the dealership, and hours of our time.
