This is the worst company all the way around. Issues with my vehicle. Half rhe vehicles on the lot had massive issues. That could cause fires. Electronic issues. On line stated the vehicle could catch fire with the issues. Then located more issues hidden that they covered up. The finance company is even worse. Wanted a short loan to transfer to my bank oh no. 3 months and they have lost 2 checks. And is taking over 2 weeks to accept bill pay. No wire transfers. I paid to have a Cadillac XT five transported from California. I was told that the car was ready for delivery when I showed up to inspect it. It had multiple dings and scratches that were repaired with a mismatched paint color. It was ridiculous and embarrassing. There is no way they should’ve delivered the car in this condition. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, the process was smooth from start to finish. And even though I had my vehicle shipped to this location, it took hardly any time at all to drive off with my new ride. There was only one minor hiccup that's not even worth mentioning especially since my service rep was on it. Big shout out to Rob Ladehoff who was professional throughout.
My CarMax experience was great! I did all the paperwork online before the appointment. I showed up on time for my appointment and was greeted by a sales staff member. My appointment went smoothly, they gave me a fair price for my older vehicle, and I had a check for my car in no time. I was surprised how fast and easy everything was. I highly recommend CarMax!
