Zero stars….. my sales person was Allisha and she was horrid ! I did the pre-approval through the app, I had an agent texting with me who said they added my trade in to my account and everything was set up. Well turns out the lady didn’t link it and I had walked around for hours only to find out my options were extremely limited. My transaction with Car Max was simple, fast & very impressive! The agent who helped me, Max Duran, was personable & efficient. He handled everything with professional skill while maintaining a friendly demeanor. I was surprised that the entire process only took an hour & was also grateful for the complimentary Lyft ride home. This was my first experience with Car Max but won't be my last.
This is the best way to buy a car! Friendly, non-pushy staff and a great selection of cars. It was great that I could ship from other locations. It was easy to do all the paperwork and I got a great deal.
