What was initially a great experience turned sour fast. Got approved rather quickly and was all set to have our new vehicle delivered when they said they suddenly couldn’t deliver because their delivery vehicle was broke down and we’d have to pick up curbside, that the car would be waiting on us when we got there. We go to pick up curbside and our car is not ready. Awesome experience, man I felt special. They financed through the company I requested. Took plenty of time for me. The same year/make/model/mileage car was across the street and it had key marks and ran rough. Car Max had a much better specimen at the same price. To the other bad reviewers, #@*$) happens. Welcome to life ! Always take reviews from entitled consumers with a grain of salt.
don't feel like being slapped around by like a used car dealership and the games they play reception is really sweet but the person auditing my car didn't know what he's doing

RecommendedFirst, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. RecommendedMichael was just THE BEST to work with. I’m surprised by the negative reviews because my experience was nothing but positive. Awesome customer service. I went through the financing process over the phone the night before and it was super simple. Went in the next morning and left with an amazing car with low mileage for a great price. I think I was there for maybe an hour and a half! I would absolutely recommend CarMax.
