5 ZERO'S I called in and told them that someone was using my identity to buy a car. They verified that it wasn't me and yet still let the sale go through!! They could careless about your personal info being stolen or about you!! BUYER BEWARE!! I am being sent private information from someone who is not me!! Your customer care SUCKS!! I have called numerous times with the same nothing results!! This seems to be the only way to solicit any kind of response!

I have bought and sold a number of cars with Carmax and think that they are the best in the business. I had this vehicle shipped in from Virginia, and that went smoothly and quickly. The transaction itself went very smoothly and I was very pleased with the condition of the car, both inside and out. That said, I think there are a couple of things that Carmax could do better.
