We bought our minivan from CarMax. The vehicle is great. That was 4 stars. This is more a monologue about how long it took to get service. That is a 1 star review. The day before I had taken the time to set up “express” pickup for a vehicle. Somehow “express means 2 plus hours even with an appointment. There was no urgency by management and it took us confronting a member of the staff to get help after waiting 40 minutes. CarMax really needs to fix its check-in process for customers. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer. The first experience was wonderful. The second experience was terrible. They sold their warranty and claims that it covers repairs but when I tried to use it for a repair the warranty that was supposed to only have a $500 deductible actually covered less then 1/2 of the repair cost because the “Audi Dealer” charges more than the insurance company deems reasonable.
