Destini was awesome! We waited almost an hour past our scheduled appointment time for them to buy our car. But once Destini got started it took less than an hour to get the deal done. She made the process very smooth and easy. They also offered me the best buyout of the 4 places I got offers from by over a thousand dollars. Almost $5k more than the lowest offer I got from another company who's first three letters rhyme with 'Far', 'v' in the middle and ends in 'ana'. Definitely recommend! I visited Carmax in Madison today. I have an elderly mother in law who can no longer drive and we needed to sell her car. I walked in and was greeted by a manager named David. He was polite and listened to our situation with empathy and patience. Douglas then took over and helped us get a quote on selling her vehicle. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Destiny did an amazing job, and kept me informed the whole way through the process. We were in and out in just under 2 hours including the test drive and all the paperwork. I have had car buying experiences elsewhere that were just as long and I wanted to pull my hair out through most of it, but here we left with a smile. Appointment was right on time, and they took good care of us.
Purchased a Lexus RX 350L(Transfer from another location) from CarMax Madison 16 days ago.
