After being a customer of CarMax for over 20+ years, I can no longer support them and need to spread the word. Please do not go to CarMax for a vehicle. Reference my Sterling, VA review for a full idea of why. And Do NOT purchase the extended warranty as CarMax Plus or whatever it is now is a variety of 3rd party companies that CarMax wipes clean of their reliability and doesn't tell you it's not them that provides this warranty in the purchasing of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO CARMAX.
Don't walk in there after work at 6:30PM with a bank bag full of money and pick out a car in 4 minutes ... They will Freak-Out ! - and Not know what to Do with you ... and After you pick a car out in 4 minutes they will Tell you THE ONE car you want(eventhough the doors to it are Open and there is No "Hold" Tag on it) is RESERVED and they can't even get to you today... Online help not do good but the store manager was a Rockstar! Carmax give him and the sales guy a raise they saved a 60k sale because I was ready to walk out.
CarMax saved my life!
