Carmex made it very easy to purchase the vehicle I wanted.
I am a car transporter. and I can assure you this is the worst carmax I have ever been to. I have been sitting here for 1 hour and they have not brought me a single car I have the next loads that I am passing through them and I will have to go at night!!! they are extremely unpleasant when I ask when my cars will be brought to me they are rude to me! I will never come here for cars again and I warn all transporters not to come here! let them deliver their cars themselves! people who do not value your work and your time.
Staff was friendly and helpful. But car was poorly detailed and inspection missed a brake problem. Brakes were fixed under warranty when problem pointed out after purchase. End result has been adequate but process was not as seamless as I had hoped it would be.
