Great experience..
It was good. I didn't like starting the process with one representative and then getting passed to another representative to complete the process. The first person was great. The second one was nice, but seemed to be new and didn't go over my payment, terms, interest rate, nothing, just signed and left. I had to follow up with a phone call to the lender to get the final details of the loan. Would have preferred to see the same person to complete the process.
Very bad place, bad attitude!
Carmex made it very easy to purchase the vehicle I wanted.
