A waste of time.
My experience with CarMax in Mobile was a complete disaster. I drove three hours for a car that wasn't as advertised when I arrived. Key issues weren't disclosed: the paint was peeling off the front bumper, the windshield was cracked, and the car hadn't been cleaned properly. I had pre approval online, but the salesman still forgot to put the temporary tag on, and the gas tank was only partially filled. When I complained to the manager, she was dismissive and rude.
