I am a Carrier for this location. the dispatch team is very unprofessional. Doesn’t make accommodations for anything basically making me lose out on thousands of dollars because they couldn’t take delivery of five vehicles. Even had their “scheduled appointment “ Waiting a whole day just to deliver these cars has screwed me out of money and other commitments all week. We had the best experience at Mobile Carmax and Caleb Phillips was phenomenal!! He made finding our dream car a breeze. The whole staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. I would recommend purchasing from them over and over again.
Bought a Toyota Corolla at Carmax in Mobile Alabama. No question, the best car buying experience ever for me. Price, service, and honesty were all excellent.
