I bought a car a the beginning of July. At the purchase, I was promised floor mats and a new door handle (I have a written service order). Now, a month and a half later I finally got a call to receive my parts, when I arrive, they only had my floor mats. I asked about the door handle, they told me my car was under factory warranty and to take it to the Nissan dealership to have warranty work done. Jonathan Soileau was the best customer specialist to work with. He made it a simple process.
Just left there because of POOR customer services. We didn’t receive a welcoming greeting from ANY of the employees. There was also an employee sitting at his desk that didn’t even acknowledge our presence at all and we were directly in front of him! Even when we proceeded to leave no one still tried to help us! Warner Robins has horrible customer service!

Our daughter just turned 18 and wanted to buy her first car in her name. We shopped several dealers before stopping at CarMax, and had the best car buying experience ever. Uruiah was awesome and made the whole process so easy. He made us feel like family and went above and beyond our expectations. I explained to my daughter that the experience she just had was unlike any car purchase I had ever made, and I would definitely be back for my next purchase.
