I have a very positive experience selling my car at CarMax. The entire process is stress-free from the online estimate and in-person inspection to finishing the transaction. All the staff are very professional and willing to help. The price is fair compared to other dealers in the area. I will sell at CarMax again.
The worst part about buying a car is dealing with scumbag car salesmen, all of the ridiculous dealership fees and fake protection plans. After a month of haggling over all the extra b.s. that EVERY dealership will attempt to trick you into paying for/buying, I was flat out disgusted by and tired of the whole car buying experience (it was so bad that every single dealership I attempted to buy a car from would intentionally input the wrong zip code when calculating the final out-the-door price so they could charge me more mone... read more
