Process was quick and simple.
Misleading information while I tried to sell my car. The offer is reasonable but representatives and sales manager didn’t give me the right list of doc required for the sale. The car title with registration can’t suffice for the sale, I was not told explicitly that the lin release doc was required until I came the 2nd time. ‘cause CA dmv doesn’t communicate with dmv of the state I bought the car.
All I gotta say is the person name Krystal need some more training on customer service, she shouldn’t be in that kind of work if she has a crap attitude . Lost car max a sale forsure won’t be returning! Train that girl better or get rid of her
CarMax gave me one of the highest offers for my truck, so credit where it’s due. The offer itself was actually pretty good compared to other places. But the overall process has been extremely frustrating, slow, and unnecessarily complicated. My truck registration had expired, so I waited around 10 days for the registration renewal, then several more days for the records to clear in the system.
