Purchase experience was okay but what is bothering me that i got a car with multiple minor problems so i decided to drive back a 3rd time since i needed to return the car. Now that i returned it they gave me a check when i paid cash and the stupid check didnt clear so now im stuck wondering why and wellsfargo told me that ill get a letter in 2 weeks stating why.Im not waiting for my money. One of their vehicle delivery trucks ran me and my family off the road on freeway merge. Tried calling the store got sent to a call center. Call center tired to help and forwarded me to a death hold. Then I called back to the call center and the same forward to a death hold.
My wife recently visited CarMax to sell our vehicle after confirming multiple times with staff that it would be acceptable to sell the car even though it did not have a passed smog check due to a stolen catalytic converter. She was assured this would not be a problem. Despite having an appointment, she was made to wait for over two and a half hours, only to be told at the end that they could not purchase the car because of a supposed “paperwork issue” and that she needed to resolve it with the DMV.
