I spent hours preparing for an express pickup, then when I arrive the paperwork is missing and it ends up taking over three hours. They failed to do a proper inspection on my new used vehicle and I had to bring it back and wait hours for a loaner! It’s unacceptable to buy a vehicle that can’t go above 60 mph from a company that claims to do full inspections.
