Had a vehicle transferred, it was ready on time, went in for test drive, walked out an hour later with the keys. Everyone was super nice. I will definitely be back.
It was ok, went to this location from the Midlothian one. Honestly won't be coming here the guy didn't seem that interested on helping. I understand my credit isn't the best but still at least in the Midlothian one they went above and beyond to try and find me a car with my budget

I recently purchased a car from CarMax. The buying process was smooth, and the car drives great with no mechanical issues so far. However, I was disappointed to find that the vehicle had not been properly cleaned out before delivery. For a company known for its standards, I expected better attention to detail. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance of the car but would have appreciated a more thorough presentation upon pickup.
