easy, simple, fast, and pleasurable
I've bought three cars from carmax, two from Midlothian, one for Glen Allen. The cars I got from Midlothian were great. The process was simple. I like the sales people. The car I got at Glen Allen, which supposedly goes through a 120 point inspection, had a bad door latch and a bad battery. It is AWD and came with unmatched tires. (Sailun, and Prinx? Where do you even get these tires?) The sales staff is friendly, but doesn't overall have the same professionalism, the whole process seems to take longer here. I did still buy ... read more
Great reservation and buying experience for a 2025 Toyota Corolla in January of 2026. Shipped quickly from another location and was as described. Bobby the salesman was great. I'll consider this location again for my next vehicle
