Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a car from them, 2 days later check engine light came on. I took it back to them not once not twice but three times for the same problem. They said they would take care of it every time but never did. I think they just turned check engine light off with scanner. They let me borrow 2 of their cars as a loaner while they were supposedly fixing mine. I borrowed a Hyundai , the next day check engine light came on. We recently purchased a car from Carmate thru CarGurus. I bought a car yesterday for my kiddos. I wasn't looking to spend much as we had a VERY STRICT BUDGET to work with. Unlike all the other reviews, Nicolas was extremely nice, extremely professional, the kind of guy that would be "the cool dude at a BBQ", not a smarmy used car salesman we all think of. Once Again, Very helpful I'm a repeat customer, I bought a red pick up truck. They made sure to get it ready for me, To drive safely minor maintenance, Gave me a vehicle as a loaner to drive until the truck was fixed.
