My wife and I rented from Marc and he’s been nothing but a nightmare told us the place was move in ready and it wasn’t failed to disclose that the plumbing had issues and just does not communicate like a professional Realtor. We’ve dumped our entire savings into this place and his trying to evict us because he doesn’t want to fix the problem with the property.
