I July they installed a battery in my Prius. 2 days later the batter started having issues. i brought it back and they installed a new one. Let's fast forward to 2 months later. On Sunday my car would not start. I had to have it towed to a Toyota dealership in Cathedral City near Palm Springs. The service dept. told me that the battery cells and bolts were corroded. Terrible service and a complete scam. They came out and replaced my battery, I messaged them a few days later to tell them I was seeing no improvement and they asked me to wait a week. A week later my hybrid system light went on. It took them days to come back out to fix the issue. Turns out the guy had not installed it correctly. They then reinstalled it and two weeks later my battery died again. I took it to a Toyota repair shop who let me know they gave me a bad battery.
