We purchased a replacement battery for our daughter’s car 11/25/25 and the battery failed 02/11/26, and it was replaced, then 5/30/26 that one fails. So 2 replacements both die within 3 months. When the second battery was installed I asked if the warranty starts over and they said yes. I asked for the new invoice and they just said they have it. John and Mike did a fantastic job diagnosing my hybrid batteries with me so I could see the actual scanner readings and rushed a quality service to replace my hybrid batteries on my 2010 Lexus RX450h. Since I was visiting CA, they also dropped me off and picked me up at my AirBnB so that was very kind. A+ service, customer service and highly recommended.
