I just called in a slight panic due to a dead 12v battery on my Prius. The gentleman who answered was definitely an expert on hybrid and was able to give me some advice on what my options are, given I live far away from their shop. I so appreciate the humanity and kindness I just experienced on the other end of the phone. Just a nice knowledgeable person willing and able to help! Thank you!
john fixed my car it had the check hybrid system and they fixed the issue fast if u dont have a ride they will lend you one they also offer warranty 👍🙏💪🏽
Edit: Monday the 16th of March. A replacement battery has been delivered finally. It will be tested and installed tomorrow.
