This place sucks my fiance and I lived here for a year on the bottom level. Let management know that the tenants above us were being stupid loud in the middle of the night. Management told us to try to get a recording of it so we did we turned it in and they said that it wasn't good enough. Sorry but when we are getting woken up In the middle of the night almost every night it becomes a problem. Run your background first before applying. You'll just throw away an application fee when denied due to high standards with the credit score. Make sure you have 700++. They only rely on that i think not the history of you not missing a payment or income verification.

Worst renting experience of my life, if you are considering renting here, DON’T, management is never available during office hours, they have a leasing office but they are never there, maintenance is understaffed and the only guy Dwayne always has an awful attitude and if you submit a request it will never be done on a timely manner, the property manager Jennie and her staff were also unpleasant to deal with moving out, overall had a bad experience with this company

We lived there for 3 years. We lived on a top floor for a year with a cat. We wanted to move to a lower level apartment because we were having a baby. So they offered us one and we got almost our full deposit back for that apartment. We lived in the lower level for 2 years- with the same cat. When we bought a house we sent in our request to vacate.
