You don't have to have surgery on your frozen shoulder!! Dr. Carmack treats lots of athletes and is very knowledgeable about sports injuries and getting the athlete back to their sport sooner than later - but I credit Dr. Carmack for treating both of my shoulders (at different times) and healing my 'frozen shoulder' without surgery. Dr Mayfield is the best chiropractor I've ever gone to. Other dr's just treat and street. My experience is that she truly wants you to heal. I highly recommend. You will not leave her office disappointed
