When I took a tour it was great . I was told they had move in Special where the only fee I would be charge was first month rent . Everything else was waived . So they said until I signed the lease . 2 weeks after moving in a received a bill saying I owed 200. I went to the office asked what that was. I was told it was a mistake and they would check into . Make a long story short . They stilled charge me 200 on my bill. And sent me to court because I wouldn’t pay . Than charge me another 200 for attorney fee.
The roach problem in this building is ridiculous. Came home from work today and seen two in my kitchen, then another on the wall in the living room like a hour or two later. We don’t have roaches and would like to keep it that way. I’ve put down boric acid and used industrial professional spray and still seeing them. Today has been the most I’ve ever seen in a day. This apartment has roaches - management has set roach traps but have not fixed the issues. Current news article out as of 10/22/2025 on Fox2. Do not move here.
The roach coach here lol they were on Fox 2 admitting they had roaches that they evicted a woman for. How about fixing the roaches and not evicting people when you messed up to begin with. NO ONE SHOULD OWE ANY MONEY FOR A ROACH INFESTED PLACE
