This apartment is the worst!!!! If you looking for a place to live keep looking .Because Carlyle Towers is not a good place. The intercom doesn’t work you have to get your packages from management. If you don’t make it before they close you shit out of luck, the hallway are filthy, people’s let their dogs shit everywhere . On the weekend if you don’t hurry up and get your packages, somebody will steal them.They charge too much money for this place to look and smell the way it does.

When I moved in with all brand new furniture I had a massive flood of sewage water come thru the kitchen sink. Then I'm being told that my rent has went from 1295 to 1397. I'm looking for some where else because this building is horrible and I wouldn't advise nope to move here. The pool doesn't work always hearing water running all night. It's terrible
DO NOT WHATSOEVER RENT IN THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!! Ac units do not work properly and they won’t get work done in case of emergencies. Cleaning is not in their dictionary and their service is horrible. If I can give this place a negative review for safety I would do it everyday, shootings happen and robbery as well. They do not answer phone calls or requests, and don’t even get me started with the laundry room that are always down and not working. If you are looking for somewhere to move, do not move here. I am genuinely disheartened by the quality of conditions here and sad I hastily made the decision to move here almost a year ago. I cannot wait until I’m able to find something better. As stated in another review, the stairways are perpetually filthy, the doorway to the pool area is always broken open, field mice and other pests are allowed in because of that, and asking for any kind of cleaning is just impossible.
