If you are a woman - or a woman with kids - I would not recommend this building. Can smell weed through the vents. There is no security at night, no one 'walking the building' as they say, and the exterior doors are rigged open by someone, so at any point of the day, ANYONE can walk into the building on the northside and back door (facing the parking lot). From my friends experience of seeing how she is living with all 5 kids this apartment needs to be called on between the pool being as green as the grass on the lawn to they don’t pick up the trash in their hallways like I’m told I’ve visited and it’s between roaches and fruit flies in the hallways because of the amount of trash outside in the hallways I see why the bugs are there and even to the ants that swarm the apartments I don’t have to lie about an experience to be there but to hear the stories and they still won’t do ... read more

Carlyle Tower Apt is a great place to live Paul is doing a great job getting our building together with lots of improvements Shantel and the maintenance staff are all great

Building should be condemned until they can install 2 more elevators. Felt like there wasn't a single week in my two years there where 1 of the 2 elevators wasn't out of service. And god forbid if someone were to be moving in or out and need to secure the only elevator in service, and on a weekend when they don't send out maintenance til the next business day... Good luck and god speed to anyone who decides it's worth it to give this establishment money
