Worst apartment I've ever associated with! Work orders never get taken care of until you physically go into the office and watch them fill out an order form. And the office staff never know what they are doing. We referred a friend to the apartments and they moves in, we were told we would get a $200 check for the referral after they lived there 2 months, today they called after we've been asking about the check and were given the run around for a month and said they credited our account... I came in today to possibly rent a 1 bedroom apartment but that isn't happening. I'm assuming only two people were working in the leasing center today, and it was ridiculous. There were about 8 people waiting around for assistance and were never helped. One of the leasing agents was with another customer while the other one was in her office just sitting there on her phone. She never acknowledge anyone or came out. Updated Review: I am so upset with this place.. we lived here for 3 years.. never had any problems.. always paid our bill on time.. if I could give this place 0 STARS I would! I am really upset because ever since they got bought out we have had nothing but problems with this place.. so let's start first with the mail.. my fiancé would order a lot of stuff online and they lost our packages like 5 to 6 times. From what I gather from friends that rent there, It's a total rip off, Maintenance men entering apartments unauthorized, Maybe that don't even work there anymore but still retain keys? That the new manager wouldn't look at PROOF (Photos) of this fact when asked to... Keep driving Folks, this place is horribly managed & potentially dangerous to live there for you and you family.
I've lived here just over 3 years. The renovations and improvements have really enhanced the community. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and courteous. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Excellent value for the Ahwatukee area.
Lot of changes happening. It's been a year and I like it.
