i hope someone reads this and decides to live elsewhere. I was here for one year and moved out a month ago. Here is a summary: - service requests are ignored unless you call the office repeatedly. - our thermostat broke in the summer and it was 97 degrees in my apartment. The only reason they gave me an $80 credit is because emergency maintinence DIDNT SHOW UP. - They took my fire extinguisher in January of 2019 and never gave it back. RecommendedPlease add security for Carlyle at South Mountain. Our car was spray painted as well as the parking lot. We will be filing a police report, but it would be nice to hear from the staff/ managers at Carlyle to make sure nightly security is implemented for the future.
Absolutely love this property and location! My husband and 4 year old son just moved here from Temecula CA and it is like an oasis with access to great schools and growing businesses! TOP NOTCH so thankful for the attentive staff here! Ashley is the absolute best. Thank you for fixing things within hours when asked. Ever since the new management took over everything has been much smoother! I even just stop in the office some times just to talk with them because they are so nice and are willing to help everyone! Such a beautiful place to call home!
Carlyle is a beautiful community with an incredible staff. Not only do they support and provide excellent customer service to their tenants, they also foster activities that support our communities. Highly recommend! #carlylecares🥰
