Construction every weekend outside my window, saturday and sunday morning till 6 pm with no heads up to the tenants. does not answer requests for an explanation. absolutely useless and disgusting practices. do not live in 330 east 46th.
The A/C stopped working on Sept 29. They will not fix it. It broke constantly during the summer as it always has. In 12 years there has never been a summer with adequate A/C thru out the summer. They turn it on too late and off too early. They will not answer calls from the tenants. They lie and say the city requires them to provide heat. It was 80 degrees. Building is poorly run. Incinerator rooms dirty. Laundry room has major leaks. Repair work shoddy. Do not live in a Carlyle building.

Terrible management company. Treats their tenants like garbage and their worker even worse. Never rent an apartment that’s managed by them and for the poor people that have to work for them supers, porters etc. since they won’t do it I apologize that you’re treated so poorly for all you do. I lived in one of their buildings for two years. If it matters it was The Wellesley

Their manager for townhomes never responds to phone calls to give information or to respond to maintainence requests -- neither by phone or email. It is also strange that he is never in the office irregardless of when you call. If you want service, I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere.

This property management company will be hit with a lawsuit from me within the next week if I do not hear back from them. They are breaking laws that are unacceptable. I feel bad for anyone dealing with them.
