RED FLAG LONG STORY SHORT Bad Management & Owners No parking at night Bad Security & Owner They'll tow your car for any reason. Roches Pipes leaking Turn off water without notice. This place isn't worth it. It was a Motel for a long time just recently became a so call Apartment. THINK TWISE BEFORE YOU RENT FROM JNM Realty ask any tenant's that live here
Harassment and discrimination by managment. No parking garenteed . Had my vehicle towed many times without warning . Thin walls and old plumbling pipes. Plumbing pipes exposed under parking area , was leaking on my vechicle. Door wasnt sealed properly. Roaches and fly problems. Internet wiring was garbage , half the time didnt have service i paid for. Place was used when i moved in but somehow its fair they take 1000 bucks out of my down deposit . This place should be shut down.
The absolute worst place to give your money. Had people steal our key and try to break in in the middle of the night. Was scared to even leave the room because we didn't want to leave our items unattended because it's such a sketchy area......never again
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I wish I could give this apartment zero stars. Once they get your money, they completely ignore you—calls go unanswered, and even if you visit the office in person, they just pass you around with no real help. The management has a bad attitude and clearly doesn’t care about tenants. The living conditions are awful: the place is full of roaches, the neighbors are constantly noisy, and there have been incidents of robbery. The biggest red flag?
