They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? At first, but then they stopped Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
