Great HOA, great location. Not a single thing to complain about.
The building is undergoing major renovations and when everything is finally completed, it will be beautiful. The building community is great and everyone helps each other. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and so much more. The intercostal and ocean views are incredible. The Carlyle is a little piece of paradise!
Construction still ongoing for years for State regulated, mandated upgrades, pool has been closed for 2 years already! A big mess with no end in sight! The noise & concrete dust from the endless construction is unbearable! ☹️🤯 (nice area & nice balcony views of the intercoastal waterway, but can't use balcony)
