Worst automotive dealer in Washington state. My friend bought a vehicle on the 8th and on the 12th it blew a hole in the top of the engine. Mind you she is a normal mom who was with her daughter returning home from work and she now has no way to work or daycare and the guys at lux left her hanging and it's obvious they should not be selling cars in Washington state for they do not stand by there loyalty to customers or the cars they sell...
Don't buy from them they won't give you your title or plates they will make excuses one after another been waiting almost a year for mine and they didn't even have the title!!!
Love these guys; great customer service and great cars as well. Been dealing with them for years!
I bought a car long time ago from the previous dealership on this same address, regarding I went overseas and they change ownership I never get the title, when I went there and asked for my title they guide me and help me to finally get it, they used their time to help me without even charge me a dime. Thank you si much guys. I’ll be there to check it out that challenger
