We went through this RE company and deeply regret it. We've had nothing but problems with the tenants they found, vouched for and wrote a recommendation letter for! The tenant is NOTHING to who they described in their recommendation letter. You'd like to assume if a company is going to recommend someone they'd at the very LEAST do their due diligence. Will never use their service again!! I wish i had to receipt for the money i gave these scumbags
Best renting experience I've had hands down. Brian was attentive, very knowledgeable, responsive and very communicative, making all aspects of the renting process remotely, incredibly painless. I had no cause for negotiation as pricing was competitive and fair. Brian partnered me with and amazing landlord that handles property improvements, beautification, and issues with ease and makes me feel a valued tenant. I highly recommend this company without reservation.
I have rented in Eastie for a year. Brian Rivas helped me in finding my apartment and has taken care of the the building for my landlord since. His attention to detail and responsiveness are top notch and he has gone the extra mile every time I needed anything. Totally recommend him.
