RecommendedAmazing grilled chicken salad. Also loved the heated patio!
A table behind ours got in the restaurant 30 MINUTES after we ordered and got all of there food before us. We got the exactly same thing as they did. They must be “someone” but either way we got up and left after an hour and 30 minutes. I understand you’re busy but when someone that got here after I did gets there food before me is pathetic.
The service was slow, Food was great.
Last two times I’ve had a call in order they took forever! The 1st time I had to sit and wait 20 extra. The last time I called in it was 4:50pm. I was told 35 mins. I got my food at 5:59pm. The woman working as “hostess” was nice but she was being overwhelmed. Seating people, trying to get call ins, trying to get take out orders up front, working the register. We drove up from Decatur to enjoy a meal and see the Christmas lights at Sportsman Park. Unfortunately the fun was lost after waiting 95 minutes for our food. The food tasted good but was not worth the 1 1/2 hour wait, the atmosphere just wasn't the same. Our server never offered us some bread or appetizer or desert to compensate for the lost time. A manager never visited our table to check on us, apologize or give us an excuse for the delay. Cant say we'll be back any time soon.

Went to Carlton's for the 1st time today and loved it. We will definitely be going back. Great food and service!
