RecommendedGreat atmosphere, food and service! From the salad to dessert, it was a very good meal! Our waitress, Ashtin was really great and very friendly! Nothing negative at all! Definitely recommend!
Wonderful courteous employees. Our waiter Kile was great. Lasagna was amazing as always. Daughter enjoyed the chicken parmigiana. A very wonderful evening meal.
Carlton's is a Cullman staple. If you live here or visit here then you love Carlton's. All of their food is amazing. I wish the dining area was a little larger, but it is cozy indeed. They have a great selection of food. I personally love their baked spaghetti. The pizza's are great too. If you love Italian food, Carlton's is a must try!

One of our top favorite places to treat ourselves with Italian dishes. They have the BEST meat sauce (I order it on the side for my breadsticks but get charged for it) and Ravioli Florentine. I stuff myself but it's sooo good! Prepare to be there a little while. It is a small dining area but I love the quaint atmosphere. We end up spending probably 1 1/2 hrs from the time we get there, get seated, get served, eat and wait on check.
