Really like this office - our family has used Dr. Carlton's services for a number of years and it is always a 5 Star experience.
I've only been seeing Dr. Carlton for a short period of time, but had to leave my former optometrist of 23 years when he retired. I can only hope to be with Dr. Carlton that long, as he is terrific with he does. He asks the right questions, listens to the answers, and tries to find out what the issues are.
I went to Dr Carlton on the recommendation of co-worker who is also a nurse. I found his "bedside" manner to be rude and abrupt but that is not why I'm only giving 1 star. I took my prescription to Walmart and when the glasses came back I couldn't see anything. They sent them back to the lab to see if the lab had made an error. When they were returned the right eye was better, not great, and the left eye was still very bad. They sent them back one more time and nothing changed.
