As of October 2024: Look for better options. Aluminum windows, poorly insulated walls (you can hear everything outside and your roommates), only one bathroom in each unit and rent goes up around a hundred bucks each year, has been doing so reliably once ownership shifted. No improvements have been made to the complex other than the required roofing and parking lot re-striping that is required after X amount of time. Just spoke with the on site Manager Alan. Oh my goodness I would love to live in this community. All of the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was even invited for an on site tour I’m so excited to see it and put in my application! I’ve heard so many good things about this community I cannot wait to live there!
Great management! Comfortable apartments! Quite area! Close to everything you need!
To me.. it's a beautiful place to live. The variety of plants, the wild animals that sometimes come through, the beautiful day and night sky. Very accessible to shopping, the Chariot stops right up on River Rd, and my friendly and kind neighbors whom are such beautiful people, we're All welcoming in our new management, Karly and Trevor who are very kind, talented and helpful. I love it here.
These apartments used to be good, then tolerable and finally the manager quit. She was a nice lady, so it was a shame to see her go. I've seen people obviously dealing drugs out in the open, with kids around who are almost always unsupervised. This is also a no smoking complex, so be ready for people in the middle of the only entrance/exit. Then the police have been here way too frequently, along with strange people at odd hours.
