I have been going to Carlton for the past 2 years. They always give me accurate information. They are not just about selling product!! I went to Leslie’s for years, and they only want to keep bringing you back to sell products. Even products you don’t need. Please patronize Carlton for all your pool needs. You won’t be sorry! I recommend Carlton to everyone I know with a pool. Ty Janet Schuler for referring me to them!!
Matt & Joel are the best. They go above and beyond to provide honest information on how to keep your pool running smoothly. They even returned my missed phone call to make sure everything was okay. (I’m a rookie pool owner.) Even when they know I’m a rookie, they never take advantage of the situation and ALWAYS have patience dealing with me. Hands down the best pool store in the area.
They are just OK for Opening and Closing but do not have any staff to handle service calls. Will not return calls and their earliest appointments when you get a hold of them in june are a week out.
Great management and staff. I’ve been to all the local pool supply stores in the area and Carlton is now my place to go. Very friendly, full of knowledge and all around pleasant experience. I’ll go no where else from now on. Thank you!
This has become our go-to pool store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They quickly test our water and provide great insight. They even help me bring heavy products to my car - this kindness is a rarity these days!
