Their drivers should exercise caution and not straddle the dotted lines on route 309. I was almost ran off the road by your truck who was attempting to keep me from passing them at approximately 8am 309 northbound by the Sellersville extension on 7/29. It was reckless and could have caused an accident with your company name on the truck.
I have been going to Carlton for the past 2 years. They always give me accurate information. They are not just about selling product!! I went to Leslie’s for years, and they only want to keep bringing you back to sell products. Even products you don’t need. Please patronize Carlton for all your pool needs. You won’t be sorry! Friendly staff and goes above and beyond to assist you… not like the Warminster store where 5 teenagers were sitting around and didn’t want to assist me. Prefer this location
Matt & Joel are the best. They go above and beyond to provide honest information on how to keep your pool running smoothly. They even returned my missed phone call to make sure everything was okay. (I’m a rookie pool owner.) Even when they know I’m a rookie, they never take advantage of the situation and ALWAYS have patience dealing with me. Hands down the best pool store in the area.
Great place to get all your chemical needs and more. Love the new location and feel of the store. Management seems to be on point and they actually train employees to be knowledgeable in the products they sell and the situations customers run into. That's pretty awesome considering there are some young staff members. They seem to embrace their job and strive for excellence. Kuddos to Team Carlton!!!
