Dr. Zabib did not seem to want to listen or help me at all. I went in with bladder pain and he ordered a urine culture which came back negative for a bacterial infection. He told me I was fine, however, I was still in pain. He said I should drink water and eat healthy. I then asked what could be causing the pain and he seemed confused as to why I would want to know. I had a really good experience at Carlton Medical Centre Remedy’s Walk-In Clinic. Everyone at the front desk was polite, kind and welcoming, and it sets the tone for one's visit. The doctor was excellent. He took the time to listen to what was going on, didn’t rush the appointment, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My experience with the Walk-in clinic and pharmacy was terrible. the receptionist was very rude at the front desk. Dr Alazrah saw me and my son for 0.05 seconds and didn’t even do a thorough check up yet alone didn’t check my son either but was quick to give antibiotics. Went to the pharmacy and we gave them our insurance coverage. And they told us they don’t take that insurance and to pay out of pocket!! I went to see my family doctor today. And there was a new face at the reception desk not the face I was familiar of seeing. Come to find out my Dr ‘s assistant has moved on from this clinic. I guess I will be looking for a new family dr because I only stayed with this dr this long cus of his caring assistant that helped me and my family with everything.
