Absolutely love this property and huge shout out to Jeremy the property manager and his excellent customer service skills!!!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the entire process. So grateful to be home and I feel safe here too. It’s beautiful, clean, nice neighbors and my favorite part is that they have pet waste disposal and bags throughout the property that’s well kept. Thank you again Carlton Heights Villas and thank you Jeremy for making my family and I feel right at home!!!
Nice, put the rents a little to high for me!
I lived there for a few years and biggest mistake, there were problems with ants and rats. Theft of packages happened a few times to me and the office would almost hire and fire a new property manager every year.
I have lived here for over 10 years and absolutely love my neighbors. Almost everyone is quiet and respectful to each other. We look out for each other. This is a great place to live if you value your peace. I would not advise living here if you're loud, smoke or like to party. This is not the right place for you.
