Very disappointed in the service we received. We were initially told 3 days for our LVT flooring product, but after signing the papers, it turned into 2 weeks. When we tried to cancel and take our business elsewhere to meet our deadline, we were told we'd have to pay a hefty restocking fee. To make matters worse, our order still hasn't arrived and Travis isn't returning our phone calls. No actual delivery date...just a " well it might be here Monday definitely Tuesday " then Tuesday comes around and it's " it's lost on a tru... read more

The installation was fantastic and they were there to fix any minor punch list issues after installation with no problem. The floor looks amazing.
