Very disappointed in the service we received. We were initially told 3 days for our LVT flooring product, but after signing the papers, it turned into 2 weeks. When we tried to cancel and take our business elsewhere to meet our deadline, we were told we'd have to pay a hefty restocking fee. To make matters worse, our order still hasn't arrived and Travis isn't returning our phone calls. From the moment you walk into the showroom, you know you're going to have a quality experience. Travis Carlson was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. The installation was fantastic and they were there to fix any minor punch list issues after installation with no problem. The floor looks amazing.
