The flooring that was ordered is not the problem, it’s the installation and customer service. Lumps in my floor that should be laying flat. Been like this since installation June 2025 and still not fixed Jan 2026.
Absolutely the best experience. I was determined to get exactly what I wanted as this was a renovation we had been waiting years to do. I knew what “ look “ I was going for but had a hard time describing it and didn’t even know where to start. I received one on one attention and help on every single one of MULTIPLE visits. I came in with a random sample and was helped nail down exactly what made me happy. Extremely professional but also very down to earth. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
