Travis was very helpful in the design of the floor covering for our boat. Boats are unusual to do with many angles and radius cuts. This design and installation was Excellent. After the installation Travis came onboard and reviewed the install, he had crews come back and clean up some things he didn’t like and solve a complicated problem on the radius stairway. The spent many hours getting it right with no additional charge.
Very disappointed in the service we received. We were initially told 3 days for our LVT flooring product, but after signing the papers, it turned into 2 weeks. When we tried to cancel and take our business elsewhere to meet our deadline, we were told we'd have to pay a hefty restocking fee. To make matters worse, our order still hasn't arrived and Travis isn't returning our phone calls. No actual delivery date...just a " well it might be here Monday definitely Tuesday " then Tuesday comes around and it's " it's lost on a tru... read more
