called and he came out same day. tree was cut and stump removed within week. weather was very cold and windy. everything was cleaned up. very satisfied with service given.
We agreed to a price to have 2 trees trimmed in March 2015. Put us on a list( ?) and never contacted us. We called and were told they were close to our neighborhood. We called several more times with same results. Finally in November2015, we called and they said they were at our house but didn't get an answer when they knocked at the door. they are very good. took 3 trees down for me, cleaned everything up, took stumps out. no damage to yard, tree man knows what he's doing. very friendly person.
