their sale prices are actually kellyl blue book – If you shop there, they have very very nice cars, however, they say they are running a sale, they aren't. They will not budge on their prices which are overpriced (for the used cars) they also say they have the full service reports on the certified used and they only have the info if the vehicle was serviced at a Toyota dealership. Watch Out,Scams!! – After putting a $500 deposit on a currently out of stock vehicle at Carlson Toyota, I later found the same car at a different Toyota dealership. I signed no contract with Carlson Toyota but when I decide not to buy from them, they refuse to refund my $500 deposit. Even after filing a complaint with Toyota Consumer Relations and calling directly to the dealership, they refuse to explain why they were refusing (stealing) my refund.
