We had Dakota Maintenance Inc. do a concrete pad under our deck in the back yard a couple years ago for extra storage space. They did a fantastic job with removing the river rock and cutting the area down to grade. Most of the work had to all be done by hand because there was only about 5ft of clearance from the ground to the deck. And due to rain and wet conditions at the time, they decided to use hand wheelbarrows instead of a skid steer or powdered wheelbarrows like they normally would.
