He is also involved with the installation which is done by very professional and courteous servicemen and the crew is backed up by very a resourceful office staff.

Posting this review to share our experience with Bob Carlson Heating after we hired his company. We purchased a new AC and Furnace from Bob Carlson, and after one season of use, the AC unit was leaking all over our furnace room. My husband reached out to his office, and his admin diagnosed over that phone call without any information that the leak was our fault as we had not cleaned the unit, even though we used the A/C only one season.
