Rob Carlson is a highly skilled and competent builder and problem-solver who gets the job done with a minimum of fuss. He is an excellent communicator, and kept us fully informed throughout our project. We found him to be extremely personable, trustworthy and professional, and focused on finding practical solutions for any unforeseen difficulties (of which there are always some in older buildings). We would gladly use Carlson Built again and highly recommend them for any project.
I have done a few renovations over the years but I can honestly say Rob and his team are amazing.. it was the easiest build that we have done. People turned up on time and when they said they would. Completed tasks to an amazing standard and also were flexible and accomadating when we made a few small changes .. it felt like nothing was a problem.. will work with Rob again...
We recently did our renovation with Rob, and he went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Very friendly and honest, flexible and timely, great attention to detail and very clear communication. The house looks exactly as we had hoped. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Rob came into our lives when we’d been severely let down by another builder. He took our half renovated shell and turned it into our dream home. He was always professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable, as were his tradies. We couldn’t speak more highly of Rob, and we’ll be forever grateful to him for the care that he took in completing our house. Would recommend Rob unreservedly.
Robert and his team came in at a point where our renovation was going massively both over budget and time frame with another builder. He got us back on track quickly and calmly and the end result is perfect. He and his team were always on time, polite, tidy and professional. Wish I’d employed him from the start.
