To say that Carlson Building is the most atrocious, outdated, backwards building in Evanston is an understatement. This place is not great. The elevator takes about five minutes to come up. There are bugs in the apartment. They add an extra 400 dollars to get AC despite the building sitting at about 80 degrees. There have been multiple fire drills out of nowhere in the recent months. The leasing agent isn't communicative.
