Jenny is so wonderful! She really took her time with us to help find the perfect home for our niece starting grad school at NW this fall. Her care was apparent from the moment I called, Jenny you are a gem!!
It was convenient to live here! It is a historical site, hence, why some parts of the building appear older than other places in Evanston. Also, Jenny was great! She took the time to address my concerns on the first day we met and responded quickly to other problems (i.e., light bulb replacement) throughout that year. I felt comfortable meeting with her. Overall, awesome place, especially for students!!

Horrible place to live, not worth the price. The maintenance people are extremely rude and inappropriate to the tenants. Like other reviews there were cockroaches in the building that they took several days to finally do something about. Also half the appliances they give you don’t even work (I.e gas stoves and ovens). Do yourself a favor and look for some other apartment building
